Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the imaging diagnostic criteria (X-ray/CT shows ADI > 3mm or lateral mass space difference > 2mm); aged from 7 years old (children over 7 years old usually need to be evaluated in combination with developmental status) to 65 years old, with a course of disease = 3 months; signed informed consent form (if it is a clinical trial).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe osteoporosis, fractures, tumors, or spinal cord compression requiring surgery; pregnant women or those who have received cervical spine treatment within the recent month.
