Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Male patients who planned to take sperm by masturbation in IVF treatment ; 2 Aged 20 to 55 years old ; 3 According to the WHO 's laboratory manual for human semen examination and treatment ( 6th edition ) ' standard : abstinence time was 2-7 days ; 4 Mild or moderate perceived stress or anxiety, that is, perceived stress score = 29 points or generalized anxiety = 4 points. 5 no other recent stress events and trauma experience ; 6 Informed consent and voluntary participation in the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 history of sexual dysfunction ( erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, incomplete ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation ) ; 2 patients with congenital reproductive organ dysplasia ; 3 patients who had a history of chronic diseases or other serious diseases and needed to be treated with drugs. 4 previous history of mental illness ; 5 rash or ear skin local infection or allergic to tape.
