40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet KOA diagnostic criteria (Western medicine) and TCM cold-dampness obstruction syndrome criteria. (2) Age 40-75, any gender. (3) No KOA treatments (acupuncture, physiotherapy, NSAIDs, etc.) in the past 2 weeks. (4) Signed informed consent and commitment to complete treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Knee pain caused by trauma, infection, tumors, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. (2) K-L grade I or IV. (3) Severe cardiovascular, cerebral, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, or psychiatric diseases. (4) Allergy to moxa smoke/Aquilaria or severe respiratory diseases. (5) Skin lesions/infections at moxibustion sites. (6) Pregnant/lactating women. (7) Participants in other clinical trials.
