Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sepsis-induced ARDS; (2) TCM syndrome differentiation being "pulmonary congestion and fu-organ excess type"; (3) Aged 18-80 years old; (4) Patients or their family members providing informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with systemic anaphylaxis; (2) Complicated with severe structural lung diseases such as pneumothorax, bronchopleural fistula, and severe pulmonary fibrosis; (3) Advanced stage of malignant tumor; (4) Patients with clear acupuncture contraindications; (5) Previous immune system diseases; (6) Pregnancy and other situations where participation in clinical trials is not possible.
