Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Initial-onset children meeting the above diagnostic criteria for HSP, with disease duration not exceeding 2 weeks 2) TCM syndrome patterns conforming to blood-heat reckless movement syndrome or wind-heat injuring collaterals syndrome 3) Age between 2-18 years 4) No prior heparin use before treatment 5) Parental consent for clinical observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (any one of the following): 1) Not meeting inclusion criteria 2) Allergy to known preparations 3) Coagulation disorders or other hemorrhagic diseases 4) Severe primary diseases involving cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or hematopoietic systems, or psychiatric disorders 5) Uncooperative family members or children.
