Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet both the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for hip fractures and require surgical treatment; (2) Age between 60 and 100 years old; (3) Preoperative frailty assessment score of FRAIL (Frailty Scale) = 2 points (assessed by doctors in the research team); (4) Early rehabilitation can be initiated within 24-48 hours after surgery; (5) The patient and/or the authorized representative have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Uncontrollable mental disorders (such as severe dementia, schizophrenia) or communication disorders; (2) Patients with severe osteoporosis; (3) Patients who cannot cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine care techniques (such as moxibustion, auricular acupressure) or have contraindications; (4) Patients with a history of severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney diseases. (5) Patients who develop severe complications within 72 hours after surgery (such as acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism); (6) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past six months.
