Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) It meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis of the nerve root type mentioned above; 2) It meets the TCM diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis of the wind-cold-dampness type; 3) Age: 20 to 60 years old, gender not limited; 4) Discontinue other treatment methods during the study period; 5) Sign the informed consent form and be able to cooperate with the treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic or inclusion criteria; 2) Those with severe organ diseases or mental disorders; 3) Those suffering from ALS, ankylosing spondylitis, cervical spine surgery, cervical skin ulceration or contraindications to hot compresses; 4) Those with severe conditions that are not suitable for conservative treatment; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) Those with poor compliance.
