Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet diagnostic criteria for chronic AD; (2) SCORAD =25; (3) Disease duration >1 year; (4) Age 18-65; (5) Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Comorbid skin diseases/infections; (2) Acute exacerbation in chronic phase; (3) Contraindications to electroacupuncture; (4) Recent (2 weeks) corticosteroid/immunosuppressant use; (5) Pregnancy/lactation; (6) Severe cardiovascular/hepatic/renal/hematologic diseases; (7) Mental illness/malignancy; (8) Participation in other trials
