Moxibustion group:Based on the control group, treatment with moxibustion using wheat grain-sized moxa cones at the HT5 (Heart) and KI3 (Kidney) acupoints was administered.
Control Group:Control blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc., as primary prevention measures.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI); 2. Age = 45 years old; 3. MoCA score ranges from 19 to 25 points, with =25 points for those under 79 years old and =24 points for those aged 80 and above; 4. MMSE score ranges from 21 to 26 points, with >20 points for elementary education level, >22 points for secondary education level (including vocational high school), and >23 points for higher education level (including junior college); 5. Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) score is 0.5; 6. Instrumental Activity of Daily Living (IADL) score is =16 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other neurological diseases that may cause cognitive impairment, such as cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, encephalitis, brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and normal-pressure hydrocephalus; (2) Systemic diseases that may cause cognitive impairment, such as severe anemia, impaired liver or kidney function, thyroid dysfunction, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency, syphilis, HIV, and drug or alcohol abuse; (3) Having undergone general anesthesia surgery within the past 3 months or experiencing cognitive impairment after general anesthesia surgery; (4) Having contraindications for MRI, such as metal implants in the body or claustrophobia; (5) Poorly controlled blood sugar levels; (6) Having other reasons that prevent compliance with examinations or follow-ups.
