Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parturients undergoing elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA), with full-term singleton pregnancy (gestational age = 37 weeks), aged 21–40 years, body mass index (BMI) 18.5–30 kg/m², American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–II, no obvious abnormalities in cardiac, hepatic, renal or nervous system functions, and who voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Severe preeclampsia or eclampsia; b. Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM); c. Complete placenta previa or placental abruption; d. Placenta accreta; e. Patients with communication disorders; f. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form
