Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and cancer-related fatigue (both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine), have undergone relevant surgical treatments, and are currently undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for cancer-related fatigue, aged between 30 and 75 years, with no restrictions on gender; (3) Patients with a Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score of =60 and an estimated survival period exceeding 3 months; (4) Patients with a moderate fatigue score (4-6 points) on the 10-point numerical rating scale (NRS) screening for fatigue; (5) Patients with normal mental status, cooperative behavior, clear speech, and the ability to accurately express the sensation of moxibustion; (6) Patients who voluntarily participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, and have good compliance; (7) Patients who have not used drugs for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue or other traditional Chinese medicine therapies, or have discontinued such treatments for cancer-related fatigue and other traditional Chinese medicine therapies for more than 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, or immune system; (3) Patients with severe diabetes or uncontrolled blood sugar levels in the past three months; (4) Patients with skin damage on the chest or abdomen, or those allergic to moxa smoke or ginger; (5) Patients currently participating in other research studies or undergoing other interventions; (6) Patients with mental health issues.
