Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age:18-75 years old 2) The CN group consisted of those diagnosed with CN through colonoscopy and pathology and those with screening and no abnormalities in endoscopic examination results were included as the control group. 3) Those who have given informed consent and can cooperate in completing the data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with poor intestinal preparation or whose colonoscopy fails to achieve a ileocecal valve; 2) Previous history of colorectal surgery; 3) Acute infection or systemic disease; 4) A history of other tumors except colorectal tumors; 5) Those who have collected tongue coating specimens have used antibiotics microbial preparations other drugs affecting oral microbiota radiotherapy radiofrequency and percutaneous ethanol injection within the past one month; Or those with oral diseases (mainly including leukoplakia erythema and oral lichen planus dental caries or periodontitis).
