Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above thoracolumbar fracture diagnostic criteria. (2) All are acute injuries with a disease course within 1 week. (3) Have complete clinical data and good compliance. (4) Patients have given informed consent are willing to actively and truthfully report changes in their condition and can follow the planned regular follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Concomitant primary diseases like active malignancies or tuberculosis. (2) Severe hepatic/renal insufficiency (ALT/AST >1.5×ULN; Scr >1.0×ULN). (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (4) History of mental disorders or psychosis. (5) Other situations where researchers deem study inclusion inappropriate.
