Observation Group:Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment begins 3 hours after surgery and lasts for 20 minutes.
control group:Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment is initiated as soon as the patient reports abdominal distension or a sensation of urinary urge with each session lasting 20 minutes.
Blank group:After the surgery patients in this group do not receive any specific intervention measures.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the postoperative urinary retention criteria after hemorrhoid fistula surgery (including mixed hemorrhoids, anal sinusitis, anal fissure, perirectal abscess, anal fistula, anorectal prolapse, anal stenosis, and anal incontinence). 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years. 3. Have good compliance with investigator observations and treatments, voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form. 4. Anesthesia method is combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 18 years old or over 65 years old; pregnant, breastfeeding, or menstruating patients; 2. Those with serious systemic comorbidities (such as hematological diseases, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, psychiatric disorders, etc.); 3. Those with umbilical ulcers, injuries, infections, as well as individuals with scar-prone or allergic constitutions; 4. Patients with oliguria or anuria caused by urinary stones, urethral stricture, prostate enlargement, tumors, or chronic renal failure.
