18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine; (3) Age between 18 and 65 years old (inclusive), regardless of gender; (4) PSQI score = 7 points [4]; HAMA score = 7 points and < 29 points [5]; (5) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have taken anti-anxiety drugs, sedative-hypnotics, or received other treatments orally in the recent 2 weeks; (2) Patients with comorbid other psychiatric disorders; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic system diseases; (5) Individuals with a family history of psychiatric disorders or mental disorders; (6) Secondary insomnia caused by endocrine or organic brain diseases; (7) Insomnia due to transient environmental changes or medication; (8) Patients with severe skin diseases or severe local skin lesions at the acupuncture sites.
