Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for peripheral facial paralysis; (2) Initial onset; (3) The onset time during the visit was 1 week ago; (4) No other treatment was received prior to the visit; (5) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Facial paralysis that occurs as a secondary symptom of his illness, such as intracranial space-occupying lesions, traumatic blows, cranial injuries, and surgical injuries, etc. (2) Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and mental disorders are included. (3) The onset of the disease occurred more than one week prior to the visit. (4) Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form (5) During pregnancy or lactation period
