Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and the syndrome differentiation criteria of traditional Chinese medicine, aged between 60 and 85 years, with no restriction on gender. 2. Patients with cardiac function classified as NYHA class II-III. 3. Patients with hemodynamically stable conditions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, cardiac tamponade, cardiogenic shock, and other factors that increase mortality. 2. Patients with severe primary diseases of the brain, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system, as well as patients with mental illness. 3. Pregnant or pregnancy-intending women, and breastfeeding women. 4. Patients with a history of needle phobia.
