Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Complies with the diagnostic criteria from the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Overweight and Obesity in Adults 2: Age between 18 and 65 years with no gender restriction. 3: BMI = 24 kg/m² or waist circumference = 85 cm for females / = 90 cm for males . 4: Has completed examinations for glucose and lipid metabolism metabolic inflammation and cardiovascular lesion-related indicators . 5: Provides informed consent willing to participate in and complete the questionnaire survey for this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Secondary obesity with identifiable causes such as drug-induced obesity (e.g. due to corticosteroids). 2: Presence of significant organic diseases : including heart failure myocardial infarction implanted cardiac pacemakers cerebrovascular diseases autoimmune diseases etc. 3: Presence of significant organic diseases : including heart failure myocardial infarction implanted cardiac pacemakers cerebrovascular diseases autoimmune diseases etc. 4: Presence of significant organic diseases : including heart failure myocardial infarction implanted cardiac pacemakers cerebrovascular diseases autoimmune diseases etc.
