Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Male or female aged 18-50 years old. b. Clinically diagnosed with plaque-type psoriasis, with TCM syndrome of blood stasis. c. The severity of psoriasis is mild, with PASI < 3 or BSA < 3%. d. Overweight, with BMI = 24. e. Fully understand the research purpose, and have a basic understanding of the effects of acupoint embedding therapy and tea drinking, as well as possible adverse reactions. f. Able to adhere to follow-up and provide true feedback. g. Informed consent, voluntary participation, and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Within the past 1 month, received traditional systemic treatment for psoriasis (such as cyclosporine, methotrexate, acitretin, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, phototherapy, etc.) and small molecule targeted drug treatment; within the past 3 months, received biologic treatment for psoriasis. b. Has clinically significant coagulation disorders, infectious diseases, mental disorders, autoimmune diseases, malignant lesions (such as tumors), organ organic diseases, cognitive dysfunction, etc. c. Within the past 3 months, had a weight change of more than 10% or a significant change in body shape. d. Within the past 3 months, conducted continuous intervention for weight loss (such as diet control, taking weight loss tea, regular physical exercise, etc.) and accompanied by weight loss. e. History of food or drug allergies. f. Participated in other clinical studies within the past 6 months. g. During pregnancy or lactation, and planning to get pregnant in the near future. h. Unable or unwilling to comply with the intervention plan, regular hospital follow-up, blood collection and testing. i. Other situations that the researchers consider not suitable for inclusion.
