Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Inclusion criterion include: (1) Participation in regular sport training for at least 15 hours per week or not less than 4 days; (2) age between 18-35 years old; (3) BMI = 22.9; (4) has pain over the low pain region for more than 3 months; (5) Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index >5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are presenting with infection, inflammation, or wound in the ear, having undergone a previous energy therapy within three months, undergoing physical therapy treatments, taking medications that would interfere with the heart rate variability recording (e.g., calcium channel blockers), alter the activity of the autonomous nervous system (e.g., psychotropic antidepressant drugs), or influence the perception of pain (e.g., opioids), will be excluded from the study.
