Interventions

Traditional Chinese Medicine group at the Wu time:Take Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction orally at the Wu time once a day one dose per day
Traditional Chinese Medicine group at the Chen time:Take Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction orally at the Chen time once a day one dose per day.
Western medicine group at the Wu time:conventional Western medication treatment for coronary heart disease
Western medicine group at the Chen time:Conventional Western Medicine Treatment for Coronary Heart Disease: Atorvastatin Calcium: 20mg, once daily Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets: 100mg, once daily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for participants in this study are as follows: 1. Participants must meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standards. 2. Additionally all subjects must satisfy the following conditions: - (i) No other organic diseases of the digestive system. - (ii) No previous surgical procedures on the gastrointestinal tract. - (iii) Participants have not used any antacids probiotics antibiotics or antimicrobial agents for at least one month prior to enrollment. - (iv) No other issues that could affect gut microbiota. - (v) Age between 40 and 70 years. 3. A healthy control group consisting of 30 individuals aged 40 to 70 years. 4. Participants must provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) who have any of the following conditions will be excluded from the study: 1. Myocardial diseases associated with: - (i) Hyperthyroid cardiomyopathy - (ii) Diabetic cardiomyopathy - (iii) Rheumatic heart disease - (iv) Pulmonary heart disease - (v) Anemia-related heart disease - (vi) Hypertensive cardiomyopathy 2. Malignant tumors severe liver and kidney diseases hematologic disorders connective tissue diseases or infectious diseases such as tuberculosis. 3. Mental health disorders. 4. Inability to complete all clinical assessments poor compliance with the study protocols or incomplete data.
