Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for atlantoaxial subluxation; (2) Age between 2 and 18 years old; (3) No other serious medical conditions, and able to actively cooperate with treatment and examinations; (4) Signed the informed consent form for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other patients with cervical pain and restricted movement that do not meet the diagnostic criteria for atlantoaxial subluxation, such as stiff neck, muscular torticollis, tuberculosis, tumors, fractures, etc. (2) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for atlantoaxial subluxation but are excluded due to age not being within the specified range, having other severe comorbidities, being unable to actively cooperate with treatment or examinations, currently undergoing other treatment regimens, having severe conditions unsuitable for conservative treatment, or incomplete data.
