Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression; 2. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of "liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Age: 18 to 65 years old, gender not limited; 4. The score of the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) is =8 points; 5. The subjects voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, organic mental disorders, etc. 2. Combined with severe or unstable somatic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, and hematological diseases; 3. Serious suicidal behavior; 4. Alcohol or drug abusers/addicts.
