Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis; 2) Age range: 18 to 80 years old gender not restricted; 3) Capable of clear language expression without severe visual auditory mental or intellectual impairments; 4) Have signed the informed consent form and are committed to completing the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis; 2) Individuals under the age of 18 or over 80; 3) Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver kidney hematopoietic system endocrine system cardiovascular and cerebrovascular nervous system disorders tuberculosis vertebral deformities and malignant tumors; 5) Patients with mental disorders language disorders or psychological diseases who cannot cooperate with the investigation; 6) Patients for whom this survey method is not applicable or cannot be used for other reasons.
