Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic migraine in the 3rd edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3) by the International Headache Society's Headache Classification Committee. 2. Be aged 18 to 60, have received at least 6 years of education, and be right-handed. 3. Have headache days of 15 or more per month, with migraine attacks occurring at least 5 times per month for more than 3 consecutive months, among which at least 8 days have migraine characteristics, and the average VAS score is greater than 3. 4. Have a basically normal brain structure, no history of depression, cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease or other extrapyramidal diseases, and no history of major diseases in other systems. 5. Have no obvious long-term chronic pain in other parts of the body, such as chronic low back pain or neck pain. 6. Have not received non-pharmacological treatments such as acupuncture in the past 4 weeks, and have not taken any drugs with preventive or therapeutic effects on migraines, such as beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, antiepileptic drugs, antidepressants, and 5-HT receptor antagonists. 7. Have no contraindications for MRI testing. 8. Have signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Headaches caused by organic diseases or of other types and locations; 2. Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score = 50 points; 3. Severe asymmetry in the head's anatomical structure or clear lesions detected in MRI scans; 4. Individuals who abuse alcohol or other addictive drugs; 5. Those who cannot cooperate in completing this study.
