Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Constipation patients aged 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; 2)Meet the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation in Rome IV criteria; 3)The colonic transit test showed prolonged colonic transit time; 4) Take stimulant laxatives for more than 1 year, with or without colon melanosis; 5) Meet the TCM syndrome differentiation standard of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis; 6) The patients voluntarily agreed to join this clinical study, signed the informed consent form voluntarily, and agreed to participate in all visits and examinations in accordance with the requirements of the research program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined mental illness; 2) Secondary gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by drugs (psychotropic drugs or antibiotics) or other reasons; 3) Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumors, mental disorders or other serious complications; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Patients with poor general condition who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; 6) Patients who are allergic to the test drugs and other patients who do not meet the conditions for inclusion.
