Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the KOA diagnostic criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology; 2) Age 40-80 years old, male or female, right-handed; 3) At least one knee has mild to moderate tibiofemoral or patellofemoral arthritis (unilateral or bilateral knee joint X-ray Kellgren Lawrence grading 1-3); 4) At least one of the 5 questions related to WOMAC pain has a score of = 40; 5) Clear consciousness, answering questions accurately, able to understand the clauses of various scales and complete the assessment; 6) Agree to participate in the survey and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of knee joint surgery or concurrent knee joint tumors, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis; 2) Arthroscopic examination in the past 6 months or intra-articular injection of hormones or hyaluronic acid in the past 3 months; 3) The physical and mental conditions assessed and diagnosed by doctors, including severe acute and chronic organic diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, cerebrovascular, and hematopoietic systems, recent stroke, mental illness, and active cancer, cannot be safely exercised; 4) Participate in strength training for more than 30 minutes per week in the past 3 months; 5) I have participated in other clinical trials within the past 12 weeks.
