30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 30~80 years old, diagnosed as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, no contraindication of interventional therapy; 2) Allen's test positive on the right radial artery, underwent coronary intervention via the right radial artery, and after using a vascular compression hemostatic device to stop bleeding for 6-8 hours, swelling occurred at the local puncture site with a diameter of = 2cm; 3) Good consciousness and mental state; 4) I am aware of the research related content and voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with unstable postoperative vital signs and conditions; 2) Patients who have failed right radial artery puncture. 3) Individuals with a history of mental illness and severe cognitive impairment.
