40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) according to both Chinese and Western medicine; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal dysfunction; 3) Aged 40 to 80 years; 4) Skin integrity in the chest and abdominal areas without injury; 5) Patient is conscious, with stable vital signs, and able to cooperate with treatment; 6) Voluntarily participates in this study, with the patient (or family member) signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with fever; 2) History of gastrointestinal surgery; 3) Abdominal distension caused by other gastrointestinal tumors; 4) Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with treatment as required; 5) Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
