Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: a. patients who underwent pancreaticocaudectomy, distal pancreatectomy, total pancreaticotomy and segmental pancreatectomy 2: b.18-80 years of age 3: c.informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: a.Patients with chronic pain before surgery who are taking oral analgesics 2: b.Patients transferred to the ICU after surgery 3: c. Those with a history of psychiatric disorders or who have taken psychiatric medications or received psychological treatment in the past six months.
