Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First of all, it meets the diagnostic criteria of insomnia disorder, and its traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is deficiency of both heart and spleen. 1) Age: 18-65 years old, regardless of gender 2) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score =10 points (refractory insomnia, refractory insomnia) 3) I or my family members have signed the informed consent for clinical research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who refuse to participate or cannot cooperate due to mental illness 2) Allergic to narcotic drugs 3) There are contraindications to acupuncture (such as abnormal coagulation function and puncture site infection) 4) Those suffering from serious diseases 5) Anatomical deformity of neck or shoulder
