Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea in Western medicine; B. Meets the standards of traditional Chinese medicine for dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type and cold coagulation and blood stasis type; C. No restrictions on occupation or age; D. No other medications were used in the first 3 menstrual cycles before enrollment, and no painkillers, sedatives, or steroids were taken within 2 weeks before treatment; E. The patient provides informed consent and signs the informed consent form, and is able to cooperate with the observer; F. Good compliance, fixed residence for at least six months, willing to provide detailed contact information, and able to cooperate with follow-up patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Individuals who are allergic to the components of the drugs used in this study; B. Simultaneously receiving treatment or medication for other diseases, the trial indicators may be subject to intervention; C. Patients with organic diseases such as pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis; D. Individuals who have experienced cardiovascular accidents, severe injuries, or major surgeries within six months; E. Patients with multiple severe primary diseases and metabolic disorders in the body, including heart, liver, kidney, etc; F. Individuals with malignant tumors, acute and chronic infections, pulmonary tuberculosis, and immune system diseases.
