Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine without aura; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for patent foramen ovale; (3) Migraine attacks occur at least twice a month; (4) Headache severity, NRS score = 4 points; (5) First migraine attack occurs before the age of 50 years; (6) Regardless of gender, age range 18 to 65 years; (7) Patients who refuse foramen ovale closure; (8) Voluntary participants in the study, signed the informed consent form and were able to complete the treatment as planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other diseases that can cause headache symptoms, such as a history of head trauma, intracranial lesions, and headaches caused by drug overuse; (2) Patients with chronic pain caused by other diseases, such as tumors, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., who have a habit of taking analgesics for a long time; (3) Patients who have taken related preventive treatment drugs in the past month; (4) Patients who have received medication or physical therapy to treat pain during this migraine attack, which may affect the baseline judgment; (5) Patients with a history of severe needle phobia or allergy to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (6) Patients with serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other systems; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Other situations that researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion, such as patients from other places or with unstable residence.
