18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of scapular fasciitis or knee osteoarthritis and have painful tendon knots; 2) Has not continuously used painkillers before treatment; 3) Voluntarily agrees to undergo conservative treatment and consents to participate in this study, agrees to data collection, and signs the informed consent form; 4) Aged between 18 and 80 years, with no gender restriction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of cervical and thoracic spinal cord lesions, with a history of major neck trauma; 2) Post knee joint replacement surgery; 3) History of rheumatoid arthritis; 4) Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease that cannot tolerate treatment; 5) Accompanied by severe diabetes or metabolic diseases, long-term use of immunosuppressants, or mental illness; 6) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 7) Local skin breakdown or infection.
