18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Confirmed as malignant tumor through radiological and pathological examinations; (2) Clinically diagnosed as pre-cachexia and cachexia stages of tumor; (3) Gender unrestricted; (4) Age 18-80 years; (5) Cooperate with the investigation, voluntarily participate, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria (1) Patients currently taking any medication to protect heart function for any reason; (2) Patients receiving any anthracycline drugs and/or trastuzumab treatment; (3) Patients with known pre-existing cardiovascular diseases or conditions that may confound cardiac phenotype, including: known ischemic or non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, left ventricular dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction [EF] <50% or regional wall motion abnormalities), severe valvular disease (stenosis or regurgitation), moderate/severe pulmonary hypertension, or documented mediastinal cancer extension distorting cardiac anatomy; (4) Patients with severe diseases involving other systems; (5) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; (6) Patients participating in other clinical trials; (7) Patients with a psychiatric history that prevents cooperation.
