Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet both the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for sudden deafness and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for Qi and blood deficiency; (2) Age between 18-60 years, any gender; (3) Course of disease = 2 weeks; (4) Unilateral onset; (5) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Sensorineural hearing loss caused by other reasons, such as: presbycusis, drug-induced hearing loss, noise-induced hearing loss, trauma-induced hearing loss, autoimmune sensorineural hearing loss, acoustic neuroma, Ménière's disease, hearing loss caused by special infections, etc.;(2) Congenital developmental abnormalities, such as inner ear malformations or cochlear nerve dysplasia;(3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, as well as liver and kidney dysfunction;(4) Patients with severe mental illnesses who lack the capacity to act and cannot cooperate with examination and treatment;(5) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
