Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet the Western medicine diagnosis and Chinese medicine diagnosis of early-onset ovarian insufficiency and are preparing for pregnancy; 2) 25U/L < FSH < 40U/L; 3) 25 years old < age < 40 years old; 4) Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other tubal and endocrine diseases such as salpingitis, hyperprolactinemia, thyroid dysfunction; 2) Patients with congenital genital malformations and chromosomal abnormalities; 3) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, malignant tumors and mental system diseases; 4) He has a history of taking hormone drugs in the past 3 months, a history of severe acupuncture dizziness and dizzy moxibustion, and allergies or severe allergies to the drugs in this study; 5) Patients receiving other treatment options (such as surgery, etc.) during treatment; 6) POI caused by iatrogenic factors (such as pelvic surgery, chemoradiotherapy, uterine artery embolization, drugs such as hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.); 7) Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumors, hematopoietic system and mental diseases;
