Chronic non-specific low back pain in sedentary individuals

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 20 and 60 years old, with no restriction on gender. (2) Meets the CNLBP diagnostic criteria. (3) Low back pain Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score =3 points (on a 0-10 scale). (4) No systematic physical therapy (e.g., massage, acupuncture) or core muscle training in the past 4 weeks. (5) Possesses normal cognitive, understanding, and communication abilities. (6) Voluntarily participates in this study and signs a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are clear "red flag signs," such as unexplained weight loss, night pain, fever, or a history of malignant tumors. (2) Lower extremity radicular pain is more severe than low back pain, or cauda equina syndrome is present. (3) There is a history of spinal surgery, recent (within 3 months) spinal trauma, or invasive treatment. (4) The individual has systemic inflammatory diseases (e.g., ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis) or neurological diseases affecting mobility. (5) There is severe dysfunction of major organs (e.g., heart, liver, kidneys) or uncontrolled severe chronic diseases. (6) The individual is a pregnant or breastfeeding woman. (7) The individual is a current or former professional athlete. (8) There are contraindications for massage or exercise therapy. (9) The individual is participating in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study.
