Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-65 years old, regardless of gender. 2. Respiratory exchange ratio (RER)=1.10 at the end of cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET). 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Qi deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine (according to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine (2002 edition)); (1) Main symptoms: shortness of breath, mental fatigue, fatigue and pulse deficiency; (2) Secondary symptoms: spontaneous sweating, lazy speech and pale tongue; It can be diagnosed as qi deficiency syndrome if it meets two main syndromes and one secondary syndrome. See Table 1 for the quantitative scoring table of TCM syndromes. 4. There is no contraindication for CPET. 5. There were no serious adverse reactions in CPET. 6. Those who voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form and have good compliance with the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People under 40 years old or over 65 years old; pregnant or lactating women; people who are allergic to the test sample; and psychotic. 2. Affected by co-existing diseases, those who can't cooperate with the exercise test. 3. Heart disease, hypertension, hyperglycemia, epilepsy and other strenuous exercise are easy to cause diseases. 4. Taking items related to the function of the subjects in a short period of time will affect the judgment of the results. 5. Failing to take the test sample according to the standard, and the incomplete data will affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
