Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIS (2) Aged 8–15 years (3) Major curve Cobb angle of 10°–40° (4) No significant lower limb or foot deformities (5) Ability to comprehend and follow instructions for independent walking (6) Capacity to understand and voluntarily participate, with informed consent signed by a guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Major curve Cobb angle >40° (2) Non-idiopathic scoliosis (3) Presence of growth and development, neurological, muscular, skeletal, or psychiatric abnormalities (4) Patient and/or guardian refusal or inability to cooperate with the assessment (5) Concurrent participation in other relevant clinical trials
