Postoperative nausea and vomiting in orthopedic patients after general anesthesia

Interventions

Vitamin B6 group:During surgical skin closure, dilute 0.2 g of vitamin B6 in 10 mL of normal saline, and slowly administer intravenously within 5 minutes
Vitamin B6 combined press needles group:Press needles were applied to the Zhongwan, Neiguan,Hegu and Gongsun before anesthesia induction, and 0.2 g of vitamin B6 were diluted in 10 ml of saline solut
Control group: No intervention measures

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Orthopedic Patients under general anesthesia; 2) ASA levels I-III;3) Aged from 18 to 65 years; 4) Simplify the Apfel risk factor score by 1-3 points; 5) Not taking steroids, opioids, or antiemetic drugs before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who refuse to sign informed consent forms; 2) Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 3) Previously suffered from gastrointestinal diseases; 4) Patients who have undergone chemotherapy or taken antiemetic medications within the past week; 5) Patients with psychiatric disorders or a history of prolonged anesthetic drug use; 6) Patients with a history of vitamin B6 allergy; 7) Localized infection of acupoints, needle dizziness, difficulty in exposing acupoints, etc; 8)Patients requiring endotracheal intubation return to the ICU after surgery,
