Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria of chronic consciousness disorder, including chronic coma, VS / UWS and MCS; 2. Sudden disturbance of consciousness with definite etiology; 3. Right handedness; 4. Aged 18 to 75 years; 5. The vital signs were stable and did not participate in other clinical researchers; 6. Obtain the informed consent of the patient's legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with combined intracranial tumors, intracranial infection episodes, or brain death; 2) Individuals with a history of mental illness, drug use, or long-term alcohol abuse prior to brain injury; 3) Individuals with a history of neurological disorders (neurodegenerative changes, stroke, etc.) in the past; 4) Patients with unstable conditions and serious respiratory and circulatory complications that have not been effectively controlled; 5) Patients with severe endocrine and metabolic disorders and other space occupying diseases that significantly affect the research results; 6) Those who are in the acute phase after onset of the disease and have consciousness disorders for less than one month; 7) Individuals with status epilepticus; 8) Pregnancy, multiple trauma, limb fractures, or extensive skin defects; 9) Individuals with contraindications for PET-MRI or PET-CT collection.
