Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed and treated in the departments of Colorectal Surgery, Proctology, Oncology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Internal Medicine at our hospital; 2. Patients with urgent incontinence-type LARS (LARS score > 20 points) who experience symptoms such as frequent bowel movements, urgency, and even fecal incontinence following rectal cancer surgery; 3. Participants must voluntarily accept this intervention plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other internal medical conditions or organic lesions; 2. Patients with acute or chronic infections or acute or chronic infectious diseases; 3. Patients with tumors that have not been completely cured or have metastasized; 4. Patients currently undergoing medical clinical treatment for various reasons, where the effectiveness cannot be assessed or data is incomplete; 5. Patients with cognitive, mental disorders, or language impairments.
