Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Include individuals aged =18 years, regardless of gender; (2) Patients with onset within the last 14 days and meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke as per the 2023 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; (3) Patients undergoing conservative treatment, thrombolytic and thrombectomy, as well as endovascular thrombectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Ensure the exclusion of other types of stroke, such as cardioembolic stroke (cardioembolic large vessel occlusion stroke); (2) Patients with clear evidence of cardioembolic etiology, such as persistent atrial fibrillation, artificial heart valves, acute coronary syndrome or myocardial infarction within the past 3 months, or dilated cardiomyopathy, are excluded. Only clear cardiovascular diseases are excluded to avoid confounding, while patients with common risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and smoking are included; (3) Participants with severe renal insufficiency or a history of myocardial infarction are excluded; (4) Other conditions, such as vascular malformations, tumors, abscesses, or other major non-ischemic encephalopathies, are excluded. Patients who meet these exclusion criteria receive complete standard care; (5) Individuals with active infections, systemic inflammatory diseases, known liver disease, hematologic disorders, or malignancies, end-stage renal disease (glomerular filtration rate <15 ml/min/1.73 m²), or surgery within the past 3 months are excluded; (6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those planning pregnancy, are excluded.
