Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Normal infant group (gestational age =37 weeks) with normal birth weight (2500-4000g); b. Mothers without severe underlying diseases (diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, etc.); c. Vaginal delivery (including episiotomy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Infants with congenital metabolic diseases, severe infections, physical/mental disabilities, or other growth-affecting conditions; b. Milk protein allergy or digestive system diseases; c. Lactose intolerant infants; d. Premature infants and cesarean-delivered infants.
