Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone knee arthroplasty (UKA or TKA); 2) Patients capable of collecting complete perioperative health data, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative relevant data; 3) Patients with clear traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation information, who follow the standard treatment plan after surgery to use an agreed formula for anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment, with traceable and clear medication usage information; 4) Follow-up time is at least 1 month or longer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who experience major complications during the surgery or whose surgeries are terminated due to health conditions; 2) Patients who do not use the agreed anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs according to the study protocol, or patients whose treatment plans change; 3) Patients diagnosed with rheumatic immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, scleroderma, etc., during follow-up, or those whose pain perception is affected by neurological diseases; 4) Patients who cannot complete follow-up due to physical condition, long-term hospitalization, etc.;
