Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the Chinese Acne Treatment Guidelines (2019 Revised Edition) the patients met the diagnostic criteria for acne. After informed consent patients could enter the project research group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Scraping sites include fracture dislocation tumor local skin damage infection etc. 2) Severe osteoporosis liver and kidney dysfunction cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 3) pregnant women. (4) objects with mental disorders or serious diseases. 5) The previous scraping had dizzy plate dizzy blood dizzy needles and the object of excessive acute pain.
