Interventions

Intervention group:Participants will receive 45ml ACV per day, by taking 15ml ACV 30 minutes before each of the three meals.
Control group:Participants will be randomly assigned not to receive any intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-35 years old 2. 24=BMI (kg/m2) =34 3. Agree to sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic constitution, people who experience heartburn after drinking apple cider vinegar. 2. Patients with severe illnesses such as heart, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system, as well as those with mental illness. 3. Short term use of substances related to the test function may affect the judgment of the results. 4. Those who have not consumed the test sample according to regulations, resulting in inability to determine efficacy or incomplete information affecting efficacy or safety assessment. 5. Those who have not taken effective contraceptive measures during the clinical trial and have a pregnancy plan (for females) or a plan to impregnate their spouse (for males).
