Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with single - segment cervical disc herniation at the C4/5, C5/6, or C6/7 level; 2.Symptoms mainly include neck pain, and/or typical nerve root irritation such as pain in the upper limbs; 3. Clinical symptoms and signs are consistent with cervical CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent cervical spondylosis (myelopathic vertebrobasilar sympathetic esophageal or mixed types); 2.Those with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) or cervical spondylolisthesis; 3.Cases involving fused vertebrae congenital anomalies or severe osteoporosis; 4.Patients with trauma infection tumors or tuberculosis affecting the cervical spine or surrounding soft tissues; 5.Individuals with a history of cervical spine surgery;6)Patients with incomplete data or poor-quality imaging.
