18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years. 2. Meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional diarrhea. 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for diarrhea. 4. Provide informed consent and are willing to complete questionnaires and provide blood samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders. 2.Patients with other systemic diseases that may affect gastrointestinal motility. 3.Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys, or those with tumors. 4.Patients currently using medications that may affect gastrointestinal function. 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
